Hi all, I’m sure I’m not the only one so I just wanted to ask for some help. I would say 90% of the time I am keeping up with my calorie plan, watching what types of calories I’m using and trying to make healthier choices. But lately I just can’t control some of my urges. Some nights I’ll have 6-7 alcoholic drinks while gaming or watching movies with my SO. Or I’ll go to get a snack and end up scarfing down two bagels and cream cheese. I just can’t stay consistent. I’ll work out 3-4 days in a row, no alcohol and have a perfect diet then I’ll throw it all away in one night of binging. How do you stay focused? How do you stay motivated to WANT to stay with it. It’s so easy for me to have a shitty day and work and say F it I’ll just unwind tonight. Sorry if this is rant-y, I’m just looking for some tips or reminders that have helped others in a mental space/weakness like this.
