F19, 5’9, SW:193lbs CW:162lbs I’ve been steadily going on a 1500 cal diet and have been completely satiated each day for the past month. My semester started like a week ago and I get SO hungry during the day now. I’ve tried making sure I eat every two hours, but I still feel like I can eat the whole kitchen. Like having a protein bar or Greek yogurt in between meals isn’t cutting it anymore and I don’t really want to raise my calories any further as I want to maintain a consistent deficit. Im 15-20 lbs away from my goal
any fellow students who have tips? I should also mention that I’m online for the first few weeks of the semester, so it’s not like I’m expending a bunch of new energy from going to campus daily
