my first semester of college (last fall), i started going to the gym. i’ve used all the cardio machines but the one i stay motivated and can do consistently is the treadmill
i’ve been going for walks at different inclines and mph, gradually i’ve increased the speed. i’m at the point now where i want to go faster, but if i go any faster, i’ll be jogging. now i want to start running!
even though i’m confident to walk, i’m embarrassed of running on the treadmill. i feel like i’ll look funny ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ i’m not sure how long i can run to begin with. any tips that helped you when you started running?
