I’ve been overweight my entire life. Never shopped in anything less than a plus size section. I’m 25, and 270 lbs. I want to lose weight and be a healthier size, I even have an amazing partner who is in the same place but the difference is he has the motivation, the fever, he’s had his “click” moment. I don’t know how to find my motivation? I would want nothing else than to be skinnier but I can’t find the strength to change. My partner makes me go to the gym with him and it actually ruins my day. I have fear and anxiety at the gym, and I never want to go. I know I’ll probably never love or get excited about the gym, but I want to hate it less…how do I find the drive to go? How can I get my motivation to click for me? I want to get excited and eager to lose weight.
