I get very hungry during the morning and afternoon and I’m trying to cut down on the amount I eat. I’ve found unsalted peanuts tend to curb my hunger. I’ve heard mixed things about them that they’re high in fats but they’re good fats etc.. so should I have them as a snack I don’t eat that much probably like 20g at the most. Is this ok? Or is there another food that is better? I’m not a fan of other types of nuts
