I losing and winning but it’s getting harder!

And I’m sure this is common but frustrating.

I (f61, 187, 5’4) have been trying to lose weight for 4 years but ramped it up in August. I was 235lbs in 2018.

I’ve been counting and burning calories and so far so good. Only thing I’ve noticed is I’m not burning as many calories as I used to. I walk for 5 miles a day (for exercise, not a job). It’s much harder to get my heart rate higher so I’m guessing that’s why the calorie burn is down.

Anyways just wanted to pop in with my thoughts.

Have a great weekend everyone!!
