I started working out a month ago doing 30 mins of hiit and strength training 6 days a week and eating only 1700 calories, no sugar, minimal bread, aside from water I have coffee once a day. I had lost 7lbs. Took a day off due to being sore and gained it all back. I honestly am so confused. I started at 289 a month ago. Got to 283 and now I’m back to 289. I haven’t changed anything. Still working out and trying to be as healthy as I can. I have had my thyroid checked which was normal. Im feeling very defeated.
