I haven’t weighed myself. I’m sure I’ve lost 50+ lbs over the past 4 months. I was benching 250 in April. Last week I bench pressed 355. It was ridiculous.
I got a trainer. I eat protein. Never weigh myself. What I do keep a very close eye on is making sure I can lift more than I could the week before. The fat is disappearing. I don’t think about fat loss. I’m focused on muscle gain.
I’m in the gym six days a week and loving it. Watch pumping iron featuring Arnold Schwarzenegger. He details why the gym is addicting. I’m hard AF. Losing fat like crazy.
If I had to guess I’d bet I’m about 320.
