Day 11! Almost two weeks into the new year. Wowsa.
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remove moral judgement/stigma/shame directed at yourself about it: Logged! Annoyed about it but logged.
1800 calorie a day, do not adjust for exercise: Aiming at maintenance today because of the ronas.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): Rest day today. 7/11 days.
Writing project and/or journaling -1,666 words a day: Did a bit of journaling & will do more before bed. I have been really good about hitting it a little bit each day before bed! I want to get back into the massive writing project I undertook in November as the new year settles in too.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for access to healthcare, COVID testing & mental health care services.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Today I’m glad I have stayed hydrated & made myself take it a little easier. I'm still fighting off COVID & the lingering symptom for me is being tired. I'm still getting done what needs doing but it’s taking the wind out of my sails a bit.
