I already eat healthfully, genuinely prefer healthy foods, and am a good cook, but I am still 100lbs overweight because I simply eat too much/too often.
Lots of success stories on here start with ”I kicked my soda habit!” or ”I learned how to cook veggies well” and this is wonderful to read and I am so happy for these folks and they get my upvotes, but it doesn’t give me any insight into my struggles.
I could use some inspiration from people who already made good choices in terms of content, but managed to get portions under control and drop a significant amount of weight. Are any of you out there?
