Don’t really have anyone to celebrate with so thought I would make a post here.
Went to a restaurant with my husband for the first time since I began my most recent weight loss journey about a month ago. In the past I would order a soda, appetizer, and main dish and clear my plate every time.
Today I ordered water, a chicken sandwich and a side salad instead of fries, and ate two of my husband’s mozzarella sticks. I was so full from the side salad and mozzarella sticks that I only ate a quarter of my sandwich and saved the rest for later.
A small win, but as someone who has struggled with the need to clear their plate past the point of fullness I’m pretty dang proud of myself :)
