I am very good at intensity and I struggle with consistency. Normally this means I go SUPER hard with diets/gym for about a week, and then I crash and start over a few weeks later. Today I made it to the gym and DESPERATELY wanted to leave to go get some good fried food. I sat on the the bike pedaling for about 20 minutes before the craving finally started to subside and I could focus on my workout. Needless to say I'm fucking proud of my work today. This is not a battle I would've won a year ago!
