I have lost 16kg this year through CICO.
58M target weight 80kg
I've really enjoyed it and have not been hungry or thinking about food.
I have learned how to make filling, low calorie, delicious meals.
Strangely though, with 5kg left to go, I am thinking about food more and am having cravings for pizza.
Is there maybe a medical reason for this? Am I maybe missing something in my diet that can lead to this?
Or is it something to do with the kind of fat I now need to lose?
Your scientific knowledge and/or personal experience are genuinely welcome
