Help me stop backsliding, please.

Everything was going well. Had a slight caloric deficit and had lost 14 lbs since February. Then stress, stress and some more stress. I start backsliding with ice cream, fast food, chips etc. it’s been a week of poor eating and I’m so worried I’m gonna erase all my progress. At the same time I’m ambivalent. It’s so weird how my brain just switches like this and I can’t snap out of it for the life of me. Any tips or advice on how to stop the backslide and get back on track are appreciated.
