I think social media has made me confused over how my body should look

I’m a woman, 5’5, 144 pounds and in my early 20s. I thought I’d never be influenced by social media but recently I’ve starting thinking about whether my weight was normal or not. It has made me very self conscious and I started hating my body shape. I alternate between periods of eating whatever junk food I want vs only eating around 1000 calories a day which is definitely unsustainable. Now I would like to lose some weight and am actively changing my dieting habits. I know every woman’s body is different but sometimes I really wonder if I’m letting myself go. Social media has me thinking my thighs should be thinner and my stomach shouldn’t be as flat. Is there a normal for women’s bodies or does a healthy body look different for everyone?
