Soo... Some time ago, I went on a really low calorie deficit (about 1000-1200) calories because I had gained 4-6 kg in the past 4 months because of stopping my calorie counting which lead to overeating. I've been living with it for about a month, going to the gymn 4-5 times per week. But lately I've been losing control on what I eat... And this week, I alredy binged 2 times, and I'm feeling super guilty, and I'm really afraid of losing control again and not being able to control my calorie intake and binge again. What should I do to control these binges? And what should I do after a binge?
