Hey y’all, I (SW:278, CW 203) have been looking for more ways to be active now that I’m not commuting to school over the summer. I’ve been kinda bouncing between 202~207 pounds for the last ~2 months and wanted to add more movement so I can keep the trend down instead of up or stagnant. What has been y’all’s experience with fitness games (such as Beat Saber, just dance, fitness VR games, etc)? I have a VR headset and would like to use it more.
