I got so happy today when my coworker mentioned that she thought I was losing weight. The truth is, I haven’t weighed or measured myself so I don’t even know. I plan to weigh myself tomorrow morning. It’s only been like 2 weeks since i’ve started so I wasn’t expecting huge results.
All I’ve been doing is eating smaller portions (not cutting anything out), making an effort to eat healthier, walking 2km in 20 minutes every morning with my dog, and going to the gym every weekday. I do a combination of cardio and weight machines when I go to the gym.
I’m excited others are seeking progress in me already! I just have to keep it up.
