I feel like a few months ago, I was super super motivated to lose weight; I was pretty successful and able to lose a good chunk but lately I’ve found myself just hating working out. I have a peloton bike which is super awesome and I do use every day for the most part, but I do feel like lately it takes so much mental energy just to convince myself to get started. I also sometimes run outside but lately with it being super hot out I have to go either really early in the morning or really late at night. Idk, I feel like working out has just started to feel like a chore, like doing dishes or vacuuming, where I don’t look forward to it at all but I know I have to.
I’d just really like some advice on how to make it something I look forward to again. I really hate feeling like exercising is my “homework” every day after work because it really becomes unenjoyable and it’s hard to stay motivated. Just kind of wondering how to get back into my groove and have my heart in it again!
