Maintenance calories: On it.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): 40 minute walk in & would love to get some stationary bike in this evening. 14/18 days.
Camp Nanowrimo - 1,666 words a day: Working on this right now! I’m not out of the game yet! 6,007/29,032 words. If I don’t hit goal, I'm donating $100 to Nanowrimo.
Today's gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for seeing a hawk today. Such a magnificent creature. He was a squinty specimen too so the picture I got has him looking very suspicious.
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: Picking up the groceries!
