Calorie counting has been a game changer for me, helping to lose roughly 20 pounds so far but I’ve been really struggling with binge eating and it’s stalling my progress. I’ve read pretty much everything that can be found on the first page of a google search covering the subject but it’s all mostly cookie cutter advice from dietitians.
I’m not implying that “cookie cutter” advice is a bad thing but I’d prefer to try things that have been put to the test by real people here on Reddit. Have any of the common things such as mindfulness or guzzling water been affective for you personally or have you came up with your own solution that’s not widely shared? Thanks in advance for those who decide to reply!
