i have always stayed at around the same weight or the same range of weights. i have never drastically increased but at the same time, i have never lost weight and stayed there.
I have no clue what im doing wrong. am i just impatient and it will take much longer? or am I the problem?
like what is it that's preventing me, i have no idea. am i eating too much or too little? am i eating the wrong kinds of foods? am i not exercising enough? is my entire lifestyle bad?
maybe ive been more focused on calories rather than nutrition? like i genuinely cannot decode this. i have yet to understand what the hell weight loss is because looking at it now, it seems foreign to me. i gain weight, lose a little but it never truly decreases. i think i have a pretty slow metabolism but it can't be this hard????
what am i doing wrong.. so many questions but not enough answers😅
