over the last year and 3 months ish ive lost about 40 lb (149 to 109-111) mostly relying on CICO, dance cardio, and piyo (beachbody pilates yoga ish). but now my body just doesnt feel like giving up the extra fat as easy anymore lol. i did a diet break a little over a month ago and that let me lose a couple pounds but now im stuck and the scale wont budge also my body literally isnt changing at all and im still pretty dang fat in the legs and butt area. i do not want to gain any more muscle as my genetics already have me pretty frickin bulky :p i made it out of two plateaus this year so far and i broke the first 1 by changing up my routine a bit (body got used to the exercise i was doing) and second by taking the diet break (i eat like 1000-1300 a day but on the break i allowed 1400-1600 ish) im 5'3 so what i usually eat is probably fine especially bc i dont exercise super hard or anything. i tried changing my routine again and nothing happened and its been too short between now and my last diet break to go again. does anyone have tips to break this plateau??
