Day 8 & a Friday to boot. I hope you’re all feeling feisty & ready to kick butt.
Scale break this month: On it.
Maintenance calories: On it. Grown up lunchables for dinner including those fancy Wasa crackers.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): 30 minute stationary bike, strength stuff & yoga. 6/8 days.
Camp Nanowrimo - 1,666 words a day: Didn’t make time for this today but I’m not out of the game yet! 5,014/11,290 words. If I don’t hit goal, I'm donating $100 to Nanowrimo.
Today's gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for the show Dead Files. It’s a good watch for me. I love a ghost story & it just seems like such a fun extension of that.
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: Find some joy in this Friday evening free of obligation.
