So i decided to finally go to the gym for the first time ever starting next week and i am kinda scared because i am going alone. I bought some sport-wear and a towel and i hope that's all i need.
so what are the mistakes everyone does so i don't do it?? how do i start?? the gym has some guided classes like cycling and CORE so i was thinking on taking them to don't feel lost at first.
