Week 1!! Can you believe it? Dang yo. Off we go!
Scale break this month: On it.
Maintenance calories: On it.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): 30 minute stationary bike, strength stuff & I'm going to try to get kettlebell swings going. 5/7 days.
Camp Nanowrimo - 1,666 words a day: Really hit this hard today. Another day like today, I can catch up & resume a more leisurely pace. 5,014/11,290 words. If I don’t hit goal, I'm donating $100 to Nanowrimo.
Today's gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for getting to play with a kitten. I haven’t spent this much time around kittens since I was a kid & damn it’s nice. I only have to do the fun stuff too so it’s a real win win.
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: Pick up curbside groceries, turn ground pork into breakfast sausage, make myself a lovely veggie heavy dinner & enjoy some quiet time.
