I start of the day really well; I’ll eat a healthy breakfast and exercise, but around 3 pm I just go crazy and go out of my way to eat any slightly sweet thing I can find. I get massive reflux from this and I’m always nauseous, and I hate the way I look. I’m skinny everywhere except for my stomach and it looks really really weird. I desperately want to get rid of my flub there and I don’t know what to do.
