Has anyone got any advice for staying full? I seem to instantly be hungry again after eating, even after eating foods high in protein.
Im a 21 year old female, 5’4, 71kg, and my calorie deficit is 1503, I’m trying to loose weight before my holiday in late June. I am slowly getting back into the gym after recovering from a laparoscopy surgery. I eat healthy, but struggle to stay full and not binge eat dieting snacks.
