I’m officially on a no cheat days protocol — I’m pretty good for keeping my deficit for a few weeks or so before blowing it all on a cheat day (or a few). Challenging myself to no cheat days now.
The system:
1 sticky note on the wall every time you’re under 1800cals (TDEE)
A pink sticky note for any days between 1500-1800
A purple sticky note for any days between 1200-1500
An orange sticky note for any fasting days or bank days (<1200)
ANY DAY ABOVE MAINTENANCE (give or take 100 cals) AND ALL STICKY NOTES GO DOWN. Doesn’t matter if there’s 3 or 30. I don’t care if it’s the pope’s wedding and everyone gets sent a solid gold ambrosia cheesecake in the mail. They all go in the trash.
The goal:
70 days of sticky notes with no take downs.
I think this will actually help keep me accountable. It’s only been a couple days and I’m already very attached to my sticky notes. I think about them a lot and I’m excited to add more! I normally eat 2 meals a day and the sticky note goes up after the second meal.
