“This exercise isn’t building you muscle , your body is just building muscle memory so it’s easier”
I’ve been doing this arm workout at home and it’s burned a lot and reading some of the comments , i noticed someone said this. It had been getting easier and i’m wondering if that person is correct or if it’s false?
I’d been enjoying this workout and i really felt improvement since i started but this comment and claim is making me second guess myself. What’re your thoughts??
Also the video i’m referring to is 5 min toned arms workout by MadFit if yours interested. I’m a beginner so for me it burnss!
