I finally managed to get down to 125 after finally finding what works: my fitness pal, counting calories, measuring food, no cheat days unless it's a special occasion, and no rewarding myself by cheating if I lost some weight. And this is important: eating between 1200 and 1350 calories--not eating less than that, it messes with your body and metabolism. It's not about eating as little as you can, it's about going the speed limit.
I managed to get to 124.6. My initial goal weight was 115 but I thought I was being too optimistic, so I went up to 125. However the fact I managed to go past my goal weight means maybe I should continue to 120. I'd still be in the healthy range, and wouldn't be underweight by any means. I'm 5'2" if that matters. I just figured if I can lose this much weight, maybe I can be a bit more optimistic. Should I readjust my goals or just stay where I am?
