Made a simple dinner: Taco Tomato Soup

I’m rather proud of myself for making and eating a low calorie dinner today, and I wanted to share. What’s your favorite easy, low calorie dinner?

Super simple and delicious (if you like tacos and savory foods). I’m still really full 3 hours later, and I don’t think I’ll want a snack.

Heat and mix: * 1 can - Amy’s Chunky Tomato Bisque (260 cal) * 1/4 cup - Black Beans from can (57 cal) * 1/4 cup - Spice Island Taco Seasoning (20 cal) * 1 tbsp - Trader Joe’s All Purpose Mushroom Umami (0 cal) * 2 tsp - Cumin powder (16 cal) * 1 tsp - Onion powder (8 cal) * To taste - Cayenne pepper (0 cal)

Optional to add on top (+52 cal): * 1/4 diced red/white onion (3 cal) * 1/4 cup low fat cheese (49 cal)
