Hey guys,
I'm fourteen and used to weigh 200 and dropped to about 165 to 170. I guess thats nice but I think i'll aim for about 150. The issue is that I planned on getting muscle once I finished.
Now that I'm typing this up I apologize for putting this onto this subreddit, but how should a 14 year old gain muscle? If I didn't have fat, I would be really skinny because I lack muscle.
I know the obvious answer is to exercise, but I can't go to the gym because of how at my age you need a parent to accompany you (I'm in a situation where I can't get one to). Is there supposed to be a way to gain muscle without going? Or is there any good gyms that don't have age limits.
