I think I’m ready

I won't bore you with the details yet.

A very long story short. I am a recovering alcoholic who replaced booze with sugar, fat and pink lady apples!!

I'm 41, just over 1000 days sober and a resident over at r/stopdrinking where was a mod for a short while.

That sub saved my life. The people there are amazing for the most part and the mods have the patience of saints!

Anyway, it's time. I am 252 pounds and according to guidelines I need to be around 188.

I want to do it safely, progressively and enjoy it as much as possible. I have liver that although the damage is done, losing weight will help me slow it's roll.

I want to lose it by Christmas, so I reckon I need to hit 8 pounds per mouth.

All help and support appreciated. Lets' go!
