Day 9!
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remind self that it’s a number not a self-worth estimate: Missed this morning. 6/9 days.
1800-2000 calories a day, two pounds to lose this month: Maintenance day, feeling kinda like I got a cold going to take it easy. 6/8 days, 1 maintenance day.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): Vigorous cleaning today! 6/9 days.
Writing project and/or journaling -1,666 words a day: Physical journaling today & some quiet time for contemplation.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for some quiet time & good skin care products.
Express intention (day, week, month or moment): My intention for today is to allow myself to rest. My intention for tomorrow is to go easy on myself as far as internalized judgements & remember to enjoy the simple stuff. My intention for this week is to stay in the moment & make choices to support my long-time goals. My intention for this month is to lose two pounds & lessen my sugar intake.
Respond to y’all one day a week: I want to hit this up over the weekend when I have a bit more time.
