I have gained serious weight in the past few years, down to a few factors but Long story short consisting more and moving less I’ve not weighed myself in so long because I was ashamed of the scales but I tried yesterday and I was 91kg/200lbs.
Pretty much my whole youth/teenage years I was pretty slim considered attractive. Now my weight on the scale is Affecting my self image, how I see myself and my confidence. I’m tracking my food, implementing cardio/weights and improving my sleep routine but I’m just struggling existentially with my outside self not looking how I want it to.. any tips?
