Hi! I’ve been fat since at least 25 years (earliest memory was being forced to tell my third grade classmates how much I weight and everyone laughed because I was more than 30 pounds overweight.) The most I was able to stick with any form of healthy/accountable eating had me crying most nights and I could only manage to be 100 pounds overweight. To try to encourage my sister who’s trying for the first time, I decided to join her in measuring my portions and counting calories.
The anxiety is coming back. I have more than enough calories left on this app, and I made sure to eat when I was hungry, but I’m still feeling in a panic.
How do y’all stop being so anxious over calories?
