30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 2

Hello everyone!

Day 2! I hope wherever you are, you’re staying cool & kicking butt!

Scale break this month: On it. I think I may actually put the scale away in a cabinet.

Maintenance calories: On it today! I had too much sugar but I’ll try to balance it out with a lot of veggies & protein with dinner.

Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): 30 minute stationary bike, some back stretches & some free form strength stuff. My back is still not happy with kettlebell swings but I'm feeling it out & listening to my body. 2/2 days.

Camp Nanowrimo - 1,666 words a day: I’m trying to really focus on my physical body feeling good today so I'll work on this more tomorrow. X/50,000 words. If I don’t hit goal, I'm donating $100 to Nanowrimo. I'm continuing the project I started in November & the starting word count is 73,876 words.

Today's gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for some alone time to do chores, putter around & be my weird, neurotypical introverted self.

Random to do list item I want to conquer today: I cleaned the work/kitchen table space & reorganized it so it stops actively bothering me anytime I make eye contact with it. I also brushed the kitty & trimmed her claws & dang I love that grumpy house tiger.

Your turn! Let’s hear all about it kids!
