Hi! I'm planning on continuing my journey after a long, bad year, and i want to know your opinion on Step Counters. I don't specifically want one to keep track of calory loss, but rather to gather info about my habits and improving them. I feel as registering the calory loss would be damaging instead of helpful to my diet, considering i'd feel inclined to eat back those calories, and the counting isn't completely precise. I had one in the past, but it was really cheap and lasted me only a couple weeks before breaking. So...what do you think about them? What's a good one? Is it worth it for someone that can't do other types of exercise at the time?
