Hi everyone, I'm a 16 year old male who is 165cm tall (5'6) and weight 73kg. I want to lose weight and have committed to it. I go to the gym at least 3x a week, track my calories using my fitness pal and am in a calorie deficit. I'm eating around 1900kcal per day and have started tracking just over a week ago. I weighed myself today and saw I gained 2.3kg, I'm now at 75.3kg. Can anyone please help me here? I don't know if I've gained fat or if its just retention.
Could my BMR be alot lower than what was calculated?
