Currently having a bit of a meltdown because I’ve lost 30 pounds and seen literally no change in my double chin/fat neck. Although I still have 65 pounds to lose until I get to a non-overweight BMI I’m starting to think it’s mostly genetic and it will never go away without getting down to a super low body fat percentage that I don’t have the discipline or otherwise the desire to do, or liposuction, or even worse the skin has sagged so much it will never look good anyway without major surgery. Wondering if anyone has any progress pictures of their double chins before and after big losses to give me some hope.
