F 23 SW: 320 CW: 280 GW: 170. Hi everyone, I recently went on vacation and was excited to take pictures as I thought I’d look a lot better since I’ve lost some weight. But that did not turn out to be the case. I am upset at my double chin, big arms, and belly that sticks out. Plus my family didn’t say much about my weight loss & the last time they saw me was at my SW.
Does anyone know of ways not to get discouraged while losing weight when you still have a long way to go? I feel the progress, but it’s hard for me to see it. Also have been at a standstill for 3 weeks so that’s not helping. Currently on WW but am going to try to stick to CICO to see quicker results.
Any advice or comments would be appreciated! I love the group & seeing how everyone else’s journey is going.
