Day 3 of this lovely summer month! Happy Sunday funday! Anyone meal prepping?
Scale break this month: On it.
Maintenance calories: On it today! I went a little over yesterday & am trying to stay low on the sugar count.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): 30 minute stationary bike & vigorous chores plus some free weight stuff. 3/3 days.
Camp Nanowrimo - 1,666 words a day: Sitting down with this after I finish my meal prep. X/50,000 words. If I don’t hit goal, I'm donating $100 to Nanowrimo. I'm continuing the project I started in November & the starting word count is 73,876 words.
Today's gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for a new meal prep recipe that I think is going to be very tasty.
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: Gonna descale the coffee machine & I knocked a whole bunch of other little items off the list too.
