30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 1

Hello newcomers & returning conquering losers!

July is here! Holy crapola, doesn’t time fly? Is anyone else still like, wait, 2021 happened? It’s 2022? No, just me? Yeah time got weird.

Anyhoo, I hope you’ve all had an elucidating day 1. Learning & living up in here. Onto goals!

Scale break this month: I did a day 1 weigh in. I think that needs to be it until the end of the month.

Maintenance calories: On it today!

Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): I’m headed out to do a walk along the river trail & I did some strength & tbar swings but swings made my back go nooo so then stretches. 1/1 days.

Camp Nanowrimo - 1,666 words a day: Doing this right meow X/50,000 words. If I don’t hit goal, I'm donating $100 to Nanowrimo. I'm continuing the project I started in November & the starting word count is 73,876 words.

Today's gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for being allowed to have a paid afternoon off work to go do some fun shit. I’m grateful I was given a raise. I’m grateful I'm comfortable enough with my current financial situation to go buy a fancy candle & some birthday gifts for a couple of my lifelong friends.

Random to do list item I want to conquer today: Spend the afternoon doing whatever the fuck I want to do.

Your turn! Let’s hear all about it kids!
