I’ve started working, and my day food-wise looks like this:
Breakfast - protein bar with skinny latte Lunch - sandwich and skinny hot chocolate Dinner - usually something healthy
This takes up about 1000 of my 1700 daily calorie limit
Problem is I am famished by the time dinner comes around. If I just ate 1 generous (700kcal) dinner I’d be on a stable loss but my weight since starting work has been stagnant. I either eat 2 dinner portions or snack till I feel fat. I never feel full and it’s horrible. Have you guys experienced the same and if so how do you mitigate this hunger so the animal doesn’t take over at dinner, so to speak?
