How precise are you with calorie counting? Is it a range?

Is your wiggle room 100 each way? Less? Do you under shoot? Over?

Isnt BMR a range? So what is the range? A few hundred either way or less? (Just BMR not TDEE)

How exact are you? Do you notice a hundred calories either way affecting you?

Do you pay attention to protein with this? If youre getting plenty of protein do you allow yourself more wiggle room? How meticulous are you?

Do you look at macro breakdown at all? Do you just try to hit protein and allow carbs and fats to hit where-ever works for the day?

I only have 5 more pounds to lose so I feel like being very precise is important but wondering how precise others are and what has worked/is working for you.

Thanks everyone!!
