I could use some advice and help. Currently I’m in 8th grade, 6’1 and at around 211 lb. I’m probably one of the fattest kids in my grade and with high school in a couple months I want to change. I really am sick of it and I want to make some good progress over this summer for high school. I could use some advice to loose weight or gain muscle that I could apply to my life. I was thinking things like a lot of swimming and going to the gym. I will also try to eat healthier. I just wanted to see what Reddit thinks I could do?
