im restarting trying to eat healthier and have something that i can continue to do. i always struggled with my cravings, when i eat something yummy i want to eat it until im so full i need a nap. i also have a really bad sweet tooth.
i just want suggestions for meals that will make me feel full and also something that’s sweet that will help stop me from binging on candy. i don’t eat a ton of meat, not necessarily vegetarian but tend to not eat a lot of meat.
my biggest problem right now is cheese. honestly i hate how many calories are in cheese, id probably be a healthy weight if i didn’t love cheese so much. im currently 160 lbs, GW is 115 lbs. im 5’3, 23f, and have little to no cooking skills.
i was very sick last year and lost a lot of weight (down to 90 lbs) and then gained a bunch of weight when i could eat again. i never had to worry about my weight before, i was 120-130 lbs. so this is all pretty new to me, i used to be able to eat whatever i wanted and never gained weight but things have changed and im really struggling to create a healthy diet that i can stick to for the long run. any advice is welcome!
