I'm a 23 male, 98kg weight and 5'8 height. It's been almost two weeks since I've been consuming less than 1500 calories daily except for a cheat day but still I'm not losing weight. Initially I lost 2kg weight quickly within 2-3 days maybe water weight but since then my weight is staying between the range of 97-98kg. I check my weight daily. I'm on OMAD diet and I do cardio on a cycling machine (6-8 km at a consistent speed of 15mph, 5 days a week). I drink a lot of water probably around 2-3L daily. It's really annoying especially thinking my goal is to lose 35kg weight but I don't know how I'm gonna acheive it.
Any suggestions?
