i started weightlifting yesterday and i’m curious how long it will take for me to start seeing results. i’ve mostly done cardio up until now, so i’m hoping to see more physical changes by weightlifting since it everyone says it helps more. i’m also trying to focus on my looks rather than the scale, since i am a healthy weight now. (starting weight at 223lbs)
so, how long did it take you to see results? do you think it’s possible for me to see results in a month if i weightlift 3-4 times a week along with some cardio mixed in? my cardio is nothing too intense, it consists of lots of walking and dancing. since i’m already asking, do you have any tips for me? i know i need to incorporate more protein, but i’m open to try something that helped you achieve your goals because maybe it will help me too
